Christian “gets it” - he’s the only realtor I’ve met who was able to understand the nuances of what I cared about (some very specific stuff to support a car collection, with views and some other requirements with a few block area) and filter through a lot of properties with me in an efficient manner to avoid wasting my time. He’s incredibly responsive at all hours of the day or night and worked incredibly hard to help me get a great deal ($150,000 under asking on a multi-family in the Castro!). He’s also very tech-savvy and able to effectively communicate over texts and email during the day when you’re in meetings at work and don’t have time for calls - and he’s all-in on e-signing anything possible to save you from dealing with paper. Great experience for me!
